Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join the HR Technology team in Charlotte, NC. The role is fully onsite and supports a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility available after onboarding. The assignment is expected to run for 5 months, and there is a possibility that one contractor may be converted to a full-time role.

The company behind this role is a large global plasma collection organization with hundreds of donation centers worldwide. As it continues to grow, it is investing heavily in its HR technology environment to better support an expanding workforce. Two Senior HRIS Analysts are needed to help strengthen the current system landscape, support enhancements, and partner with internal stakeholders through the rest of the year.

What You Will Do

  • Configure, maintain, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Work closely with HR and business teams to understand needs and convert them into system requirements and solution recommendations.
  • Turn business objectives into practical HRIS configurations and improvements.
  • Create and upkeep HR reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
  • Use Excel to pull, clean, validate, and analyze HR data.
  • Assist with HRIS enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and production support.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and process refinement efforts.
  • Partner with HR Technology colleagues to manage multiple applications across the HR tech stack.
  • Protect data accuracy and keep system documentation and configuration standards up to date.

Required Background

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRIS.
  • Practical experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Solid background in HR reporting, analytics, and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience collecting business requirements and communicating with both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
