Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead broad creative explorations and produce final design assets centered on strategic goals, audience targeting, and consistent brand messaging. Reporting to the Art Director, you will contribute to setting creative directions and managing projects for major partners while leveraging a strong understanding of design workflows. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior and mid-level designers and enhance your design and leadership capabilities within both internal teams and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual concepts for Amazon product listings, A+ content, and storefronts aligned with brand style guides and marketing objectives.
• Ensure creative integrity is maintained throughout design processes.
• Stay informed on relevant design trends and explore innovative approaches to expand creative boundaries.
• Perform thorough brand research to create resonant and consistent assets for target audiences.
• Work closely with the Art Director to refine designs based on feedback and align with partner expectations.
• Organize files systematically to support efficient workflows and consistency across brands using Google Sheets and other tools.
• Develop visual presentations that clearly communicate design concepts, tactical strategies, and rationale.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited design program or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual design skills in consumer branding and packaging.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Five to ten years of relevant design experience, preferably in an agency environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to mentor and manage junior design staff.
• Experience working on Amazon or equivalent e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (including XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently under pressure.
