Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior GCP Data Engineer with expertise in Conversational AI and Generative AI to design and deploy scalable data and AI solutions on Google Cloud. This role demands proficiency in real-time data streaming, modern data platforms, Gemini Enterprise, and Google’s Contact Center AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance real-time data pipelines utilizing Google Cloud services such as Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions.
- Architect and maintain data platforms including BigQuery, BigTable, and Firestore.
- Integrate Gemini Enterprise Agents by implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and connecting with enterprise knowledge bases.
- Deploy and maintain Google CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX conversational solutions.
- Create infrastructure through Terraform and enforce strict GCP IAM security controls.
- Design scalable system architectures, provide mentorship to team members, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Implement personally identifiable information (PII) masking and redaction workflows to comply with data privacy standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience with at least 3 years focused on GCP data engineering.
- Active Google Professional Data Engineer certification.
- Hands-on experience of 3+ years with BigQuery, BigTable, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions.
- Proficient with Gemini Enterprise, large language model orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Skilled in implementing CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and GCP IAM security architectures.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Apigee, REST APIs, Webhooks, and SIP/SIPREC protocols.
- Familiarity with telecommunications or contact center technology platforms.

This role is best suited for a technically adept and proactive engineer who can lead design discussions, inspire teams, and deliver secure, scalable cloud and AI-based solutions within enterprise environments.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Technology (B.Tech) in any specialization is required.
