About the Role
Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) is looking for a highly organized and commercially driven Senior Executive to join the Sales & Business Development team. This pivotal role supports the Commercial Department by managing sales operations, CRM oversight, reporting, market research, pipeline management, and coordination of commercial activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Business Development and other departments to ensure seamless tracking and progression of sales opportunities throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and adherence by users.
- Keep customer, account, and opportunity records updated and complete.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunity statuses, key milestones, forecasts, and necessary follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Conduct detailed market research, competitive analysis, and gather industry intelligence to inform business development strategies.
- Organize customer meetings, commercial visits, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing customer presentations, commercial proposals, and materials for executive briefings.
- Maintain commercial documentation including proposal libraries, templates, and SharePoint repositories.
- Support pipeline reviews, govern commercial processes, and ensure regular opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate across teams including Business Development, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to advance commercial goals.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in CRM utilization, reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and commercial systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional certifications in CRM, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related areas considered advantageous.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in sales operations, business development support, commercial coordination, or similar commercial support functions.
- Solid experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare business reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and administrative capabilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data reporting tools is a notable advantage.
