About the Role
Uma Polymers is hiring a Senior Executive in Finance & Accounts to support core accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and MIS activities. The position is intended for a qualified Chartered Accountant who can ensure accuracy in records, timely reporting, and compliance with financial processes within a dynamic manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial statement preparation, schedule creation, and period-end closing work.
- Compile, review, and interpret MIS reports that aid business planning and financial decisions.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger reconciliations, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related statutory filings by ensuring documents and submissions are completed on time.
- Contribute to internal, statutory, and tax audits by organizing records and working with auditors.
- Keep accounting data accurate and help strengthen financial controls, inventory accounting, and process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of financial accounting, MIS reporting, accounts finalization, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or comparable ERP platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
- Good analytical ability, problem-solving approach, communication skills, and close attention to detail.
