About the Role
Join ASB Bank's Modernisation Office as a Senior Business Transformation Manager, playing a vital role in simplifying business operations and enhancing customer outcomes. You will engage in supporting core programmes including Core, Customer, and Payments Modernisation by managing operational tasks and preparing executive-level reports for Boards and Regulators with precise consulting contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your consultative skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels, confidently delivering presentations to senior leadership. Ensure reports and documentation meet high-quality standards suitable for executive review.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers throughout the business and drive impactful outcomes.
- Strong verbal, numerical, and analytical capabilities to simplify complex concepts and deliver clear strategic presentations and proposals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with capability to operate effectively under ambiguity and pressure.
- Minimum seven years of experience in financial services focusing on strategic development, consultancy, or professional services.
- High proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and collaboration platforms.
