Role Overview
This position is for a Business Analyst with a strong analytics mindset and the ability to convert data into meaningful business action. The role is focused on helping teams make smarter decisions through advanced analysis, reporting, and clear communication of insights.
Key Responsibilities
The analyst will partner with business teams and analytics leaders to create measurable impact using modern analytical methods and tools. The role includes conducting deep-dive analysis, uncovering insights from data, and building frameworks and presentations that support decision-making.
A major part of the job is to establish and improve analytics reporting so that key performance indicators are tracked at the right cadence. The role also involves sharing ownership of product and business objectives and using analytics to keep efforts aligned with those goals.
Required Experience and Skills
Applicants should have at least 3 years of overall experience in analytics. A strong analytical orientation and a solid understanding of products are essential. Hands-on experience in descriptive and predictive analytics, along with strong knowledge of SQL and Python or R, is required.
Experience with reporting and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, QlikView, or Looker is preferred. Familiarity with data architecture and data engineering pipelines is a useful advantage.
The role also calls for the ability to explain complex quantitative findings in a clear, practical way. Strong communication skills are important, along with the confidence to collaborate with peers and senior stakeholders and influence across teams. Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets is also necessary.
