Senior Associate - International Voice Outbound Process

About the Role

WNS Global Services, part of Capgemini, is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Senior Associate in an International Voice Outbound process based in Nashik, Maharashtra. This onsite role requires working from the Indira Nagar office, supporting US/UK customers primarily during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to international clients in US and UK markets.
• Managing customer interactions, addressing queries, and handling order-related processes.
• Providing a high standard of customer experience consistently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in International Voice processes with an emphasis on outbound calling.
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent to serve international customers effectively.
• Ability to work in continuous night shifts aligned with US/UK time zones.
• Preference for immediate availability to join the organization.

Work Schedule and Location

• Location: Indira Nagar, Nashik (work from office).
• Shift: Continuous night shifts covering US/UK hours.
• Working days: Six days per week with rotational offs.
