Role Overview
An opportunity is available within the Debt Services team for a professional with financial services experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments processing, reconciliation, or client servicing. The position is focused on the CLO team, with an emphasis on Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs). The role is suited to someone who wants to expand their expertise and build a career in a specialist, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the daily records and status of assets in the CLO collateral portfolio.
- Examine and validate new CLO structures to confirm all documentation requirements are captured.
- Prepare accurate and timely compliance reporting, including detailed Interest Payment Date reports for CLO stakeholders.
- Carry out position and cash reconciliations when required.
- Follow established procedures and maintain controls in line with company policy.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to support an improved client experience.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving the overall service offering.
- Work closely with internal teams and departments to ensure reports and services are delivered on time.
Qualifications
Candidates should have demonstrable experience in financial services, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments processing, reconciliation, or client servicing.
