Security Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join us full-time, working 52.5 hours per week, to safeguard the safety of our customers, staff, and facilities at 14Forty. In this role, you will deliver superior customer service while maintaining security standards and represent the company positively. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as an enthusiastic team member and communicate effectively.
• Manage access control for buildings and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the smooth and secure operation of all security measures.
• Maintain the safety of the premises at all times.
• Assist the public with general inquiries.
• Promote and uphold a positive brand image of 14Forty.

Candidate Requirements

• Either in possession of a valid SIA license or eligible to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.
• Determined and resilient with a professional appearance.
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to take initiative independently and also contribute as part of a team.
• Capability to perform well under pressure with great attention to detail.
• Understanding of applicable health & safety regulations, criminal laws, and security operations.

Working Patterns

The typical schedule involves Monday through Friday daytime shifts on a full-time basis.
