Role overview
For refugee accommodations supervised by the company in Münster, multiple Security Guards (m/f/d) are needed as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth and uninterrupted daily operations on site
- Assist with enforcing house rules and property rights
- Carry out entry and exit checks
- Perform regular patrols and monitoring rounds
- Ensure compliance with the site’s rules and regulations
- Provide property protection
- Support preventive fire safety measures and give first aid when needed
- Handle general duties associated with the security sector
Requirements
- Qualification under Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
- Clean police clearance certificate with no entries
- Reliable, punctual, honest, flexible, loyal, and discreet personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Good spoken and written German skills
