Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Scrum of Scrums for coordinating multiple Agile teams.
  • Detect, track, and resolve inter-team dependencies, risks, and blockers.
  • Facilitate crucial Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.
  • Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, release scheduling, and enterprise-wide Agile initiatives.
  • Track team health metrics including velocity, sprint progress, burn-down charts, and delivery targets.
  • Coach teams on Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Raise and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies at the program level.
  • Maintain transparency through tools such as Jira, Confluence, and dashboards.
  • Encourage a culture based on collaboration, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 10 years in IT with a minimum of 7 years serving as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience handling multiple Agile teams concurrently.
  • Hands-on expertise with Scrum of Scrums, SAFe methodology, PI Planning, and Agile transformations.
  • Proficiency with Agile management tools including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalents.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience within Banking or Financial Services sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Agile metrics, dependency tracking, and release management.

Preferred Credentials

  • Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist.
  • Experience supporting Agile at an enterprise scale.
  • Knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance specific to banking environments.
