Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our teams focused onPreference Management and Member Delegate within the healthcare domain. Operating remotely, this position demands a strong leader who can effectively guide teams, enforce accountability, and establish frameworks that enhance project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and fostering accountability among members.
- Provide structural support to streamline delivery processes within the teams.
- Take ownership of the comprehensive Release process, learning its intricacies during the initial phase.
- Guide and mentor teams through the Release workflow to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 18 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles managing and guiding teams.
- Knowledge specific to platform technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
