Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scrum Master / Project Manager to enhance delivery within our Creator Commerce platform. This position is suited for someone who excels in dynamic settings, brings clarity to uncertainty, and fosters dependable, high-quality product and engineering outcomes. You will be vital in refining Agile practices, increasing team velocity, and ensuring coherent communication among stakeholders, particularly by managing and evolving Jira and Confluence systems through automation and AI-enabled reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to facilitate efficient sprint execution.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
- Maintain clarity and readiness of Product Backlog items by ensuring they are well-defined and estimated for upcoming sprints.
- Promote continuous enhancements via actionable feedback from retrospectives.
- Monitor feature progress and guarantee timely sprint deliveries.
- Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively, communicating timeline changes effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage trade-offs between scope, timeline, and quality in partnership with product leadership.
- Coordinate resources with Engineering Leads to balance workloads and capacity planning across projects.
- Track and report engineering performance metrics like sprint burndown, cycle time, and throughput.
- Serve as the primary status communicator for stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency on project health and risks.
- Oversee cross-team coordination involving Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, Legal, and Marketing groups.
- Maintain project scheduling, release planning, and timeline oversight across multiple initiatives.
- Handle Jira and Confluence systems: develop and refine workflows, boards, tagging, automation, and reporting structures to elevate operational efficiency.
- Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and extract actionable insights.
- Implement and uphold best practices for documentation and team processes.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years in roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in product-focused companies.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with technical product and engineering teams.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including workflow design, board management, and automation implementation.
- Proficiency in applying AI solutions to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and enhance key delivery metrics such as velocity and cycle time.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in cross-functional team environments.
- Strong risk management and priority handling capabilities.
- Experience managing complex release schedules and multi-team product deliveries.
- Detail-focused with a commitment to execution excellence and ongoing process enhancement.

Salary Range: USD 73,150 to 107,744 annually. Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and job requirements. The company reserves the right to adjust this range as necessary.
