Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain SAP payroll solutions, working closely with business teams to ensure payroll processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Implement and support SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll systems.
- Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle activities including configuration and enhancements.
- Work on payroll schemas, PCRs (Payroll Control Records), wage type configuration, and Payroll Control Center operations.
- Ensure alignment with global or multi-country payroll requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Handle year-end payroll activities and statutory reporting obligations.
- Document functional specifications, configuration settings, and testing scripts comprehensively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in SAP Payroll with functional and hands-on configuration knowledge.
- Experience supporting enhancement and maintenance projects in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP.
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and tax compliance specific to different countries is beneficial.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify and address complex payroll challenges.
