Job Overview
This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in India as a Sales Team Leader for Kotak Life Insurance based in Kolkata. Your primary goal will be to recruit new Insurance Advisors and drive insurance sales through your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors.
- Lead and motivate your team to generate insurance sales consistently.
Compensation and Incentives
The monthly salary ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 75,000. Additional incentives include:
- Rs. 3,000 for attendance.
- Rs. 5,000 blast-off bonus per advisor recruited.
- License fee incentive between Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 1,500.
- Performance-dependent incentives (PDI) per advisor from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 32,000.
Commission structure as follows:
- 9% to 30% commission on total team sales.
- 45% to 50% commission on self-generated business.
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade pass.
- Age requirement: 25 years or older.
- Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
If you do not have insurance experience, you may start as an Insurance Advisor. To qualify for promotion, you need to complete at least six life insurance policies or achieve business worth Rs. 2,10,000.
Additional Details
- Successful completion of the IRDAI exam is required, with an exam registration fee of Rs. 1,250.
- Upon accomplishing assigned tasks, your profile will be upgraded to Assistant Agency Partner (AAP) which includes Team Leader or Recruiter roles.
