About the Role
Ganpati Insurance & Associates is seeking to hire a Sales Team Leader to strengthen our sales operations. This position requires managing and updating data across databases, spreadsheets, and other organizational systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility. The role includes working within an encouraging team atmosphere that supports personal and professional growth alongside a monthly pay scale ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of both physical and electronic records to guarantee swift retrieval and usability.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies and enhance operational workflows.
- Conduct rigorous verification of information to correct mistakes and detect anomalies rapidly.
- Ensure continuous data accuracy and availability to support seamless business processes.
- Prepare and present reports and summaries instrumental in strategic decision-making within the company.
- Uphold confidentiality standards relating to sensitive and proprietary data at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must hold a graduate degree minimum and possess from zero up to five years of relevant experience.
- Exemplary attention to detail and high precision in managing data.
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in juggling various responsibilities concurrently.
