Job Opportunity: Sales Team Leader at DSG World Fashion Wear Pvt. Ltd.
DSG World Fashion Wear Pvt. Ltd. located in Bhopal is urgently seeking a motivated Sales Team Leader. This position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000, along with unlimited incentives and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve set goals.
- Ensure daily and monthly sales targets are met consistently.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, while tracking their performance.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) activities and maintain daily sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in sales or telecalling roles.
- Proven skills in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
