Sales Support Specialist

Role Overview

Trinity Touch is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for its Dubai operations. The position suits someone who is organized, commercially aware, and experienced in UAE accounting standards. The role focuses on supporting the sales team, handling order execution, and maintaining compliance with UAE financial and invoicing requirements.

The company operates in the electrical manufacturing sector, with a manufacturing plant in India and a corporate office in Delhi. The selected professional will help coordinate between customers, the Dubai office, the India plant, logistics partners, finance, and the Delhi office to ensure seamless sales and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales function by preparing techno-commercial quotations together with the sales team. Create proforma invoices, sales orders, and order confirmations, and coordinate with customers regarding LPOs, payment terms, and approvals. Track pending quotations, maintain sales follow-up activity, and keep customer records, pricing details, and documentation up to date.

Work with the India manufacturing plant to monitor order processing, production progress, and dispatch schedules. Liaise with logistics partners to plan shipments and follow deliveries, ensuring the order moves smoothly from confirmation to final delivery.

Handle billing support by preparing customer invoices in line with UAE VAT rules, checking that all sales transactions meet UAE compliance requirements, and working with finance on receivables tracking and payment follow-ups. Support account reconciliation, help resolve invoice mismatches, and keep documentation ready for audits and VAT submissions.

Prepare monthly sales MIS reports, order backlog summaries, and outstanding payment updates. Coordinate with the Delhi corporate office on sales reporting and approvals, act as a communication link between Dubai and the India plant, and assist management with sales analysis and forecasting inputs.

Requirements

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance, along with 2–4 years of UAE experience in sales support or sales coordination. Candidates must have a solid grasp of UAE VAT and invoicing compliance.

Experience in the manufacturing or electrical industry is preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Tally, Zoho, or similar tools. Strong communication, coordination, multitasking, and deadline-management skills are essential.
