About the Role
Work Force Nexus is looking for a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position is based remotely in Australia and perfect for individuals at the start of their careers who are eager to support sales operations in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the sales department.
- Generate sales quotes, proposals, and prepare customer-related documents.
- Handle customer queries professionally via email and telephone promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for sales personnel.
- Keep customer information updated and accurate within CRM and internal databases.
- Manage order processing ensuring effective communication with internal teams.
- Track sales pipeline status and assist in updating sales reports and data.
- Support lead handling by monitoring inquiries and allocating them to sales reps accordingly.
- Work alongside finance, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Help compile weekly and monthly sales performance statistics.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation meets company standards and policies.
- Perform general office duties to facilitate smooth daily sales activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma, certificate, or bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Between zero and two years of background in administration, customer support, sales assistance, or office coordination.
- Recent graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective organization and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exposure to CRM software is beneficial though not mandatory.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize work independently, especially in a remote setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
