About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and seasoned Sales Supervisor to lead and oversee our team of Sales Executives. This position serves as the essential connection between frontline sales activities and upper management, focusing on driving team performance and ensuring targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the sales executive team by providing constructive feedback, motivation, and necessary support.
- Monitor individual and group sales performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to align with goals.
- Prepare comprehensive sales data reports for the Sales Manager, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
- Collaborate on implementing updated sales tactics, campaigns, and targets within the team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, including at least one year supervising or leading a sales team.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines, although equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software and Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing sales data.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with clear presentation of sales reports.
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and emotional intelligence.
Additional Information
This role involves daily reporting to upper management and assigning daily or weekly targets to sales executives. The position is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges between 15,000 and 18,000 INR.
