Operating an expanding network of 10 retail stores, including the first Funko franchise store outside the U.S., Monkey Distribution is headquartered in the UAE with offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Türkiye, continuously growing its presence across the MENA region.

Role Overview

The Sales & Operations Executive will work within Hobbies Castle Trading Company, the Saudi Arabian branch located in Riyadh. This position blends sales, logistics, operations, customer service, and data analysis responsibilities. The executive will support the commercial team, focusing on operational efficiency and exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer purchase orders via the ERP system.
• Coordinate delivery operations with warehouse and third-party logistics providers.
• Track customer orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring punctual completion.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding order progress, deliveries, and sales updates.
• Analyze customer sell-out reports to spot sales patterns and business prospects.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and operations reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Assist inventory planning and ensure stock availability.
• Keep records precise and uphold operational standards.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, logistics, or equivalent fields.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel alongside analytical capabilities.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• English language proficiency is mandatory; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
