Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

Aaryash Financial Services is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate company growth by generating leads, fostering customer relationships, and effectively marketing our offerings. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and presentation capabilities coupled with a focus on meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business prospects and consistently meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients for sustained engagement.
• Execute marketing initiatives leveraging both digital and traditional platforms to enhance product/service visibility.
• Compile detailed sales reports and gather market intelligence to inform strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualification and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• Have 1 to 3 years of practical experience in sales and marketing; however, enthusiastic fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and foundational digital marketing concepts is preferred.
