Building on a robust domestic foundation, the company serves diverse industrial and infrastructure projects worldwide, offering products such as cable glands, gland adaptors, cable lugs, and pneumatic fittings.
Role Summary
The position involves international and domestic business development as a Sales Executive. Suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience, the role requires engaging with B2B clients and industrial buyers, managing inquiries, creating commercial quotations, and facilitating smooth order processing by coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, industrial buyers, and global procurement teams.
- Manage incoming inquiries, understand client needs for electrical/engineering components, and prepare competitive quotes.
- Follow up on sales leads, nurture client relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely execution and communication of orders.
Compensation and Training
Candidates undergo a 3-month training and probation phase during which they receive a fixed stipend tailored to their knowledge and experience. Upon successful completion, they transition to permanent employment with a revised annual salary aligned with performance.
Job Location
Vadodara, Gujarat, with preference for candidates local to this area.
Selection Procedure
- Initial screening based on resume focusing on communication and academic background.
- Final personal interview conducted onsite at the company office.
Candidate Eligibility
- Graduating batches 2026 or 2027 and recent graduates with up to 6 months experience are eligible.
- Open to all graduate branches, with preference for BBA, MBA, and B.Com graduates skilled in technical commercial sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to quickly learn technical specifications and industrial applications of products.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel for data management.
