Role overview
This position focuses on developing and managing business accounts in the HORECA segment. The selected person will spend time meeting hotels, restaurants, resorts, caterers, and similar clients, strengthening partnerships and encouraging repeat orders.
Core responsibilities
- Source and convert new HORECA customers such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and banquet facilities.
- Stay in regular contact with current clients through visits and phone follow-ups to deepen business relationships.
- Record orders and work with the dispatch and purchase teams so deliveries happen on time.
- Monitor competitor rates and broader market movements within the food distribution sector.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to track pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and submit daily updates on activity.
- Handle routine discussions around pricing, credit conditions, and order volumes.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
