Sales & Marketing Executive

Overview

SandeshServices.com is seeking a proactive Sales Executive specializing in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and enterprise messaging platforms. The role involves actively generating leads, promoting messaging solutions, and closing sales while nurturing long-term client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers via cold calls, emails, professional networks, and direct visits.
• Market and sell products including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, and Voice Call communication services.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities and educate potential clients on product features.
• Assess client needs to suggest appropriate messaging products.
• Develop quotations, handle price negotiations, and finalize sales agreements.
• Establish and sustain long-lasting partnerships with clients and channel collaborators.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customer onboarding and implementation support.
• Keep detailed CRM entries and deliver routine sales performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years’ sales experience in Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, CPaaS, SaaS, or software for enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of SMS, WhatsApp Business API, DLT regulations, messaging solutions, and digital communication products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Skillful in independently sourcing and closing sales opportunities.
• Competent with MS Office suite and customer relationship management software.
• Fluent in English and Hindi languages.

Preferred Experience

Prior employment with Bulk SMS providers, WhatsApp Business API vendors, CPaaS firms, SMS gateway services, or omnichannel communication platforms is advantageous.
