Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our team by managing potential customer inquiries, converting leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads daily from platforms such as Meta, JustDial, Google Ads, and various marketplaces.
- Engage with leads through timely follow-ups to turn inquiries into site visits and confirmed orders.
- Conduct on-site visits to clients for measurements, demonstrations, and preparing quotes.
- Collaborate effectively with the operations team to ensure proper material supply and installation scheduling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, consistently monitor follow-up activities, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Support marketing efforts by generating content including photos, videos, and reels while on site.
