About the Role
Kataria Automobiles is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our Ather electric scooter showroom team in Surat, Gujarat. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding customer experience by understanding client needs, educating them about Ather scooters, and facilitating test rides.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with a welcoming approach.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest the most appropriate Ather electric scooter models.
- Detail the features, specifications, charging methods, battery life, warranty details, and pricing of the vehicles.
- Organize and supervise test rides to help customers experience the scooters firsthand.
- Address customer inquiries related to electric vehicle technology and ownership benefits.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 37,000 per month.
