Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for generating leads primarily through cold calling, fostering client relationships, and closing deals to contribute to our ambitious business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Make calls to potential leads and generate new prospects.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
- Engage effectively with customers to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage and execute the sales process to ensure successful deal closure.
- Prioritize daily tasks to maximize productivity.
- Strive to meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience ranging from 6 months to over 2 years in sales is preferred; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.
