Job Overview
This role involves acquiring new health agents or advisors consistently, ensuring their licensing and activation are monitored frequently. Managing health retail products and building strong relationships with health agents are key responsibilities. The position requires regular field visits to promote and sell health policies in collaboration with agents or individually. Coordination with departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations is also essential. Additionally, maintaining regular contact with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries to keep organized records and motivating agents through training to achieve contest qualifications and generate additional business is expected.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of on-field sales experience in agency or any insurance product. A graduation degree is mandatory; candidates with only diploma or part-time degree qualifications do not meet the eligibility. Applicants coming from an operational background are not suitable. This position requires working entirely in the field focusing on health policy sales.
