Role Overview
The role of Sales & Insurance Executive within the Automotive Finance team involves bridging car buyers and sellers with appropriate financing and insurance products, contributing to the expansion of the group's digital listing and advertising services. The position demands adeptness in consultative selling, client interaction, and operational proficiency in a dynamic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound communication channels including calls, messaging, and emails.
- Perform detailed needs analyses to recommend fitting financing and insurance solutions.
- Convert identified prospects into confirmed sales by offering tailored options and consistent follow-up.
- Boost revenue streams through transactions and advertising services linked to automotive listings.
- Provide personalized consultation ensuring smooth customer experiences throughout.
- Offer precise insurance quotations aligned with underwriting standards and corporate policies.
- Guide customers in comparing pricing models and securing financing at competitive rates.
- Uphold superior aftersales support to nurture renewals and long-term client relations.
- Manage and review insurance policies, applications, and endorsements accurately.
- Handle policy maintenance procedures including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing corrections.
- Promptly manage issuance of invoices, refunds, and relevant policy documentation.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive data in internal systems and customer records.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners like insurers and banks.
- Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and arrange appointments.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of background in sales, telemarketing, or insurance sectors.
- Strong communication aptitude combined with diligent follow-up capabilities and a client-first approach.
- Competence in conducting needs evaluations, handling objections, and closing sales confidently.
- Attention to detail complemented by proficiency in Excel and document management.
- Self-motivated learner capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
