Job description
Overview
We are searching for an articulate, confident, and professionally attired Sales Executive to strengthen our travel agency team. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have enthusiasm for travel and customer relations.
Primary Duties
- Manage inquiries related to domestic and international travel packages.
- Engage with customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Identify customers’ travel needs and suggest suitable travel packages accordingly.
- Create quotations, detailed itineraries, and travel proposals for clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Promote various services including tour packages, flights, hotel accommodations, visas, and related travel products.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver smooth customer service experiences.
- Keep precise records of inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Professional, smart appearance with a confident demeanor.
- A friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
- Solid sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in travel.
