This position is for a Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of field sales experience. The role involves handling sales activities, building client relationships, and supporting business growth through effective communication and solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field sales activities with a focus on achieving business targets.
• Understand client needs by asking the right questions and analyzing requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with accounts through regular follow-ups and coordination.
• Use persuasive communication to move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Work with IT services, sales, and marketing-related offerings.
• Prepare proposals and support inside sales efforts.
• Present software demonstrations to prospects when needed.
• Study competitors and market trends to support sales strategy.
• Contribute to team growth and help guide team efforts where required.
• Use WhatsApp, email, web meetings, and CRM tools for day-to-day sales communication and tracking.

Candidate profile
