Job Overview
This role involves engaging with clients at project locations managed by reputed property developers. The salesperson will handle incoming leads provided by the company and also establish connections with existing registered clients and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients at property sites of established developers.
- Communicate with customers and convert phone enquiries into onsite meetings or visits.
- Achieve sales objectives established by the company.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong understanding of the real estate sector and current market developments.
- Proven sales ability combined with excellent customer service skills focused on maintaining client relationships.
- Outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and successfully meet sales targets.
- Prior knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is essential.
Additional Information
Monthly compensation ranges between INR 30,000 and INR 65,000 based on performance and targets.
