Role Purpose
The primary aim of this position is to boost new member acquisition and retention by handling the complete sales process, engaging potential customers efficiently, and converting them into active members.
Responsibilities
- Drive new member acquisition by meeting volume and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales lead pipeline through activities such as contacting, qualifying, and advancing potential customers.
- Track daily lead inflow, assess lead quality, and evaluate the effectiveness of lead sources.
- Ensure a robust sales funnel to maintain sufficient leads for conversion.
- Serve as the dedicated account manager for a portfolio of existing customers to foster retention.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls for follow-ups, resolving consumption concerns, member satisfaction assessments, handling expiring memberships, and addressing complaints.
- Coordinate member consultations and guide customers to coaches for personalized advice.
- Compile and deliver sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Keep customer profiles updated and maintain accurate forecasts for acquisition and retention.
- Monitor sales progress regularly and suggest strategic adjustments as needed.
- Provide daily updates on sales outcomes and metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience working in sales and customer-facing roles.
- At least two years of proven experience in the fitness or wellness industry.
