Job Overview
This role requires expertise in communication, presentation, and persuasion, focusing on real estate sales. Candidates must have at least one year of prior experience in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct site tours for clients.
- Provide detailed explanations of project features, amenities, pricing structures, payment plans, and necessary legal approvals.
- Professionally present resale, rental, and under-construction property options.
- Negotiate purchase prices and terms between buyers and sellers to close sales successfully while addressing and resolving objections and customer concerns.
- Assist clients with documentation including booking forms, agreements, Know Your Customer (KYC) formalities, and other essential paperwork.
- Maintain and update customer interactions within the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales data.
- Submit regular sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conduct market research by monitoring property prices, analyzing competitor projects and pricing, and gathering customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, offering after-sales support through possession or registration phases.
Working Conditions
- Work duties blend office responsibilities and field visits.
- Flexibility is needed to work on holidays or take week offs as per client availability.
- Frequent travel within the allocated sales territory is a requirement.
- Basic computer skills are necessary, including proficiency with Excel, email communication, and internet browsing.
