Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new leads, demonstrating embroidery machines, and converting inquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new customer leads while meeting monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate the features and business benefits of UME Embroidery Machines to potential customers.
- Explain machine specifications, financing options, and available government subsidy schemes.
- Engage in continuous customer follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Convert inquiries effectively into confirmed sales and build long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Demo, Service, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Branch Sales Manager.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and awareness programs to attract customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and all necessary customer documentation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positively represent the company at all times.
- Provide after-sales assistance by coordinating product installation and customer training sessions.
