About the Company
Saiastra India specializes in manufacturing AAC Blocks, which are lightweight bricks used in construction. We are seeking motivated individuals, whether fresh graduates or those with experience, to join our sales team focused on AAC block products.
Job Description
This role is a field-based sales position located in Pune, India, where the candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, building client relationships, and closing sales orders for our AAC blocks. The candidate will employ strong persuasive selling skills to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Use effective persuasion techniques to finalize sales deals.
- Achieve set revenue objectives through clear communication and compelling presentations.
- Maintain excellent customer service to nurture client relationships.
- Proactively explore the market to discover potential customers and secure new orders.
Salary and Incentives
The position offers an annual compensation ranging from INR 240,000 to INR 360,000. Additionally, sales incentives and travel allowance will be provided to support and reward performance.
