Role Overview
This full-time remote position as a Sales Executive involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting virtual meetings, and effectively presenting Autumn Rooms' housing options. Key tasks include pipeline management, preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and successfully closing deals aligned with company policies. Collaboration with customer support and operations teams is essential to facilitate seamless move-ins. Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking sales targets, gathering market insights, and participating in digital campaigns or events also form part of the responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within real estate, property management, or accommodation sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities to build trust with diverse clients in online environments.
- Comfort and discipline in remote work settings, including strong time management, self-motivation, and independent task completion under deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software, virtual meeting tools, and standard office applications such as spreadsheets and email.
- Customer-centric approach with keen listening abilities to align housing options with client needs and budgets.
- Competency in analyzing sales data, preparing related reports, and offering feedback to enhance sales processes and client satisfaction.
- Experience dealing with international clientele or working in multicultural contexts is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical expertise.
