Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and successfully convert them into confirmed service bookings.
• Coordinate and schedule field visits to confirm commercial service appointments.
• Engage leads through calls, WhatsApp messages, and app notifications.
• Clearly communicate service details, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
• Address customer concerns effectively to close sales and arrange bookings.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery after bookings.
• Maintain precise documentation of leads, communications, and conversions using CRM systems.
• Achieve set daily and weekly targets for conversions and revenue.
• Promote upselling opportunities by suggesting add-ons and higher-tier packages where applicable.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, or customer support, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls throughout the workday.
• Basic digital proficiency, including usage of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Motivated by targets and adaptable to a compensation model that includes performance incentives.
