About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to create new business prospects and contribute to expanding the sales pipeline.
- Develop and prioritize a strategic list of target accounts within assigned territories.
- Enhance the growth of new and existing accounts by adding relevant contacts, emails, and conducting strategic outreach calls.
- Engage in meaningful discussions with senior executives at prospect organizations.
- Promote the Okta brand and its On-Demand service model to potential customers.
- Consistently meet monthly goals related to qualified lead generation and closed deals.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in sales prospecting is essential.
- Exposure to working towards sales targets or KPIs and managing time pressures is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are critical.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- Adept at understanding customer needs and successfully aligning them with product sales.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- A deep enthusiasm for technology and SaaS sectors.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Dutch is an added advantage.
