Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome every customer and consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Determine customer needs through effective questioning and confidently suggest suitable products; promote related items during each sale opportunity; successfully close transactions.
• Process payments via authorized methods, issue receipts, and maintain professional service at the cash register.
• Address customer grievances promptly and professionally according to company after-sales policies, involving management when necessary.
• Continuously update and demonstrate your knowledge of products, current fashion trends, and store promotions.
• Adhere to personal grooming standards as set by the Store Manager.
• Keep display areas, fitting rooms, and stock clean and well organized.
• Regularly monitor stock levels and notify the Store Manager about low inventory to ensure optimal replenishment.
• Follow all company policies, including those relating to refunds, exchanges, security, and health and safety.
• Enroll customers into the database accurately by entering their details into the POS system.
• Prevent stock loss by maintaining vigilance on the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Requirements

• Educational qualification: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Professional experience: 3 to 4 years in retail sales or customer service, specifically within luxury home and furniture sectors.
