Role Overview

As a Sales Associate in our Garden Department, you will create an exceptional shopping experience by combining your advisory skills with in-depth product knowledge. Your main presence will be on the sales floor, where you will competently guide customers through our range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice and assistance on our garden-related products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an engaging presence on the sales floor to assist customers effectively.
• Manage product displays and organize merchandise placements to optimize the shopping environment.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth store operations and that customers’ needs are fully met.

Candidate Profile

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but career changers are warmly welcomed.
• Skilled tradespeople such as gardeners or landscapers with a passion for sales have excellent entry prospects.
• Customer interactions are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to assist physically and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
