About the Role
Join Cosmoprof Canada, the largest global supplier in the hair and beauty sector, and become a key player in enhancing our customers' beauty journeys. As a Sales Associate and Beauty Advisor, your core responsibility is delivering an exceptional and memorable shopping experience, helping customers navigate selections in hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails with expert guidance. We seek passionate individuals with a flair for beauty who want to engage and support our clientele. Comprehensive training and product knowledge are provided; we need your enthusiasm and personality to enrich our store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong connections with customers to inspire loyalty and repeat business.
- Offer suggestions for related and complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate current sales, promotions, and events to shoppers effectively.
- Create attractive product displays and arrange merchandise to draw attention to offers.
- Promote and facilitate customer enrollment in our Loyalty program.
- Execute sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store atmosphere while addressing stock or inventory concerns promptly.
- Uphold and represent the core values and culture of Sally Beauty in daily duties.
- Adapt to various work schedules designed to accommodate diverse personal needs.

Physical & Legal Requirements
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs occasionally, including while using ladders, with or without accommodations.
- Occasional exposure to odors and chemical fumes inherent to beauty product handling.
- Work involves significant physical activity including prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderate weights such as shipment boxes.
- Operation in environments with moving machinery or equipment and occasional handling of irritant substances.
