Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant who will enhance our customer experience by introducing clients to the essence of Golden Goose, its heritage, and brand values. The Sales Assistant, also known as a Style Maker, is responsible for creating tailored, complete Golden looks that reflect the clients' personalities and aspirations. This role is integral in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in expressing their individuality by assisting them in assembling their perfect dream looks, contributing directly to the store's sales goals and overall success.
• Proactively engage in the sales journey by delivering detailed product knowledge, advising on complementary items, and applying effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships by welcoming them into the Golden family, utilizing omnichannel strategies and digital communication tools to provide personalized updates, offers, and recommendations.
• Support the store's visual merchandising efforts by upholding brand-aligned displays and store standards.
• Participate in operational tasks including store opening and closing routines, inventory control, and adherence to GDPR and health and safety regulations.
• Employ IT and digital tools such as Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth to optimize business operations and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous, reflecting our dedication to diversity and inclusion.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience within luxury retail environments.
• Self-driven with a positive mindset and adeptness in professional sales methodologies.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent presentation abilities, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen awareness of current industry trends and a comprehensive understanding of the local market across both online and offline channels.
• Adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the business and clientele.
• A collaborative team player attitude.
