Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Assistant who thrives on delivering genuine and engaging shopping experiences. This role suits an individual who enjoys a bustling, sales-focused environment and values teamwork and positive interactions, sometimes infused with a bit of fun such as impromptu dance-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and establish lasting customer relationships.
- Effectively manage cash transactions and operate Eftpos systems.
- Develop and sustain comprehensive knowledge of all products within the business.
- Ensure the store maintains high presentation standards, assisting with merchandising efforts.
- Work collaboratively to meet sales budgets, targets, and key performance indicators.
- Support stock control activities and uphold product quality standards.
- Comply with all relevant national legislation, workplace health and safety policies, and security protocols.
