Job Description
We are seeking a PMC Safety Supervisor with extensive expertise in oil and gas, hydrocarbon refinery, and petrochemical sectors, particularly involving engineering design projects. This role requires readiness to work at various remote sites across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply experience in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, onshore/offshore, or infrastructure sectors to oversee project safety.
- Manage and engage in construction safety operations for large-scale projects.
- Conduct safety compliance audits according to Saudi Aramco Contractor Safety Administrative Requirements and the Construction Safety Manual, including the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure the effective execution and continual enhancement of established safety programs.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of global safety standards, regulations, and protocols.
- Perform duties as a trained and competent Internal Auditor.
- Lead accident and incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis methods such as Helix or Taproot.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 10 years relevant industry experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical, industrial, or HSEQ-related discipline.
- Possess internationally recognized professional safety certifications like CSP or CMIOSH.
- Demonstrated track record in construction safety on major projects.
- Hands-on experience in safety audits and compliance within Saudi Aramco standards.
- Strong skills in developing and enforcing corrective safety measures to improve compliance.
- Deep knowledge of hazard recognition, risk assessment, incident prevention, and safety management systems.
