Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Safety Supervisor for construction site security (w/m/d) to join our team at DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH located in Cottbus or Frankfurt (Oder).

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and ensure smooth implementation of safety measures at our construction sites.
• Guarantee the safety of all personnel within the track area and provide warnings about approaching trains.
• Train new safety personnel (Sicherungsposten) and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Act as a liaison with various operational interfaces, including safety monitoring and construction management, fostering close collaboration.
• Ensure careful and proper use of signal and warning systems.

Candidate Profile

• Completed qualification as a Safety Supervisor Level 2 / Sakra (not §34a GewO); please include a copy of your qualification certificate with your application.
• Comfortable working outdoors in fresh air conditions.
• Proficient communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Flexible with willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and at changing locations.
• A class B driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable but not mandatory.
