Role Overview
Join Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) as a Rostering Coordinator in our Upper Mount Gravatt office, contributing to the delivery of quality aged care across our community services. This stable, full-time role involves managing and coordinating staff schedules to ensure clients receive consistent and timely care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize staff rostering across community care operations.
- Handle leave requests, shift modifications, and urgent staffing needs.
- Maintain clear communication with personnel, clients, and internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Optimize rosters to ensure effectiveness while maintaining high-quality care outcomes.
- Support the team to sustain dependable service provision.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably within aged care or community services.
- Strong communication abilities with a focus on customer service.
- Collaborative mindset with readiness to assist colleagues as needed.
- Capable of rapid problem-solving and effectively balancing multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with Visual Care software or comparable systems is advantageous.
- National Police Check clearance or willingness to obtain one.
