Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize staff rostering across community care operations.
• Handle leave requests, shift modifications, and urgent staffing needs.
• Maintain clear communication with personnel, clients, and internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Optimize rosters to ensure effectiveness while maintaining high-quality care outcomes.
• Support the team to sustain dependable service provision.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably within aged care or community services.
• Strong communication abilities with a focus on customer service.
• Collaborative mindset with readiness to assist colleagues as needed.
• Capable of rapid problem-solving and effectively balancing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with Visual Care software or comparable systems is advantageous.
• National Police Check clearance or willingness to obtain one.
