Role Overview

The Room Attendant will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by ensuring each room is impeccably cleaned and arranged. The attention to detail affects various sensory aspects — visual, tactile, olfactory, and auditory — guaranteeing that guests feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Required Qualifications

• A minimum of one year’s experience working as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service with a strong sense of integrity.
• Functional competency in English communication.
• A keen eye for detail ensuring standards are consistently met.

Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to the remote location of Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
